The attendant arrived 5 minutes late, but not allowed to enter the place.
Event managers never contacted the company, for what happened.
Ponies and Petting Zoo in more than 10 occasions attempted
to contact the responsible and it was not possible.
We are not responsible for what happened.

Comments The staff was fabulous. The animals in the petting farm were clean and friendly (very accustomed to children). There was a large variety too. The children loved feeding them and cuddle them .
The pony rides were organized so all the children were able to ride and enjoy them. My daughter was so surprised. It was wonderful! thank you for helping us create memories.
