Q: Do I have to pay an advance payment for the reservation?

A: YES! ... It is essential for booking.



Q: What methods of advance payment I can use?

A: You can use our method of payment:

We accept: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.

Also Zelle payment


For the security of your data, under no circumstances do we accept payments by phone.



Q: Can I make the final payment on Business Checks?

A: But some restrictions apply.

Only for large or specials events, already authorized by Ponies & Petting Zoo of Miami.

Ponies & Petting Zoo of Miami also accepts Business Checks.
Denominated in U.S. dollars as payment.
Checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank and have the customer's name and address imprinted on the check front, with a valid nine-digit bank routing number

(ABA code) located at the bottom of the check.
Temporary or Counter checks are not acceptable.

Please make your Check payable to Ponies & Petting Zoo of Miami and deliver the day of the party, before starting the event.

Dishonored checks.

Dishonored checks will be assessed a fee up to of $40.00.

If the bad check is not paid in full, plus administrative fees in a term of seven (7) days, from the notification is sent to the debtor,

the dishonored check will be sent without prior notice to Miami-Dade State Attorney, Bad Check Division Unit.

Q: Where you can make the Pony Rides and/or Petting Zoo?

We can take pony rides and set up the zoo anywhere, as long as the surface is level, not slippery, and not composed of loose gravel, stones, or sand. For pony rides we can use driveways, sidewalks, quiet streets, etc. For the zoo, we prefer to install it on grass, but we can install it on the surface if necessary.

(If you have a Petting Zoo event, a shady space and grass would be ideal for the zoo event).



Q: We have a dog, will he bother the pony or zoo animals?

A: Please keep all dogs inside or put away for the duration of the event. If there is a loose dog, the pony will be stopped until the dog is put away. Excited dogs charging the ponies, nipping the pony's heels, etc. ARE a SERIOUS safety hazard the ponies and the dogs.


Q: Our yard is scheduled to be fertilized the day before our Petting Zoo Party, is this a problem?

A: YES!!!!!! Ponies and/or Petting Zoo animals cannot work on any area that has been chemically treated (fertilizer or insecticide) within the past 7 days due to the danger of poisoning.


Q: What about fire ants?

A: Please insure the set up area for the pony and or zoo is free of ant mounds, bee hives, wasp nests, etc. We will NOT set up in these dangerous areas.
Please also insure the set up area is free of dangerous holes, dog or animal feces, glass, trash, etc...if we arrive and we find we have to "Clean UP" we will deduct that time from your party time. If we feel the area is unsafe for our animals or humans we will try to find an alternate location. If no suitable location is available full payment will still be due.


Q: What is the minimum age of children to participate in pony rides?

A: Children under one year old are completely prohibited.


Q: What is the weight limit for riding ponies?

A: We have limits for our ponies up to 80 pounds.


Q: What happens if the pony goes to the bathroom during the party?

A: We clean the space used by the ponies and / or petting zoo after the event.Under no circumstances do we use water


Q: How many ponies will I need for my party?

A: Two (2) Ponies for up to 25 children.
B: Three (3) Ponies from: 26 to 40 children.
C: Four (4) Ponies from 41 to 60 children.

Q: What kind of animals come in the zoo?

A: We use small and large farm animals, in our petting zoos.
Our zoo's are filled with a variety of the following animals:
Goats, Potbelly Pigs, Piggies, Guinea fowl, Sheeps, Lambs, Turkey, Goose, Chickens, Roosters, Ducks, Ducklings.
And a variety of Rabbits and Bunnies!
The chicks, ducklings, pigs or any animal that is a few days old, for obvious reasons, are not included in the Petting Zoo.
You can add animals, Cute Llamas, Alpacas, smalls Cows, Donkeys, Big Narragansett Turkey for small price. See out accessories.


Q: Is there a travel fee?

A: Sometimes. .. Regularly We have no Delivery Fee.
Only applies for excessive mileage and/or tool (30 miles or more)

Q: Are you insured?

A: We are registered and insured as, Lins Pony Enterprise Corp.
Ponies & Petting Zoo is a DBA (Doing Business As)


Q: When do you arrive?

A: Setup does not interfere w/ event time
For pony rides only we allow 10 minutes for set up.
For petting zoo parties we allow between 10 and 15 minutes for set up.
Always on time, but there may be some delays due to heavy traffic or another disadvantage.

By there is always a chance that a date will be open, so don't hesitate to contact us.


Q: If the event is canceled. Will the deposit be returned?

A: No ... If you cancel the event (for any reason), the deposit will not be returned, it will be credited to Ponies & Petting Zoo for one calendar year.

Q: What areas do you service?

A: We service the greater Miami Dade and South Broward County area.
We also travel out of County for large venues.


Q: We are having a pool party too, is that OK?

A: Wet Bathing Suits: If you are also having a water slide / pool party on the day of your event.
Please make sure that all of the children are dry before riding the pony.
Wet bathing suits will not be allowed on the saddle.


Q: How many attendants are included?.
One or two attendants per event,are included in the cost.
Some restrictions apply, see the item directly for details.
Our company offers additional attendants service at extra cost.
We suggest, for big events over 2 hours together,
the possibility of additionals attendants.

1 additional Attendant (1 hour )....$ 80.00
1 additional Attendant (2 hours )...$ 140.00
1 additional Attendant (3 hours )...$ 160.00

Q: Will the animals eat my trees, etc?

A: Yes, if the set up area is near or in an area with vegetation they will eat it.
Animals love flowers, etc.
"We are not Responsible" for damage to people, property, trees, branches, bushes, grass, flowers, sprinkler heads, potted plants, etc.
It's up to you to find a safe,level,preferably grassy area for our set up.


Q: Can I choose the animals for my party?

A: According to the availability they always take between 15 and 20 assorted animals. If you want add any specific animal for your event,(Cow, Donkey, Alpaca, Llama or Narragansett Turkey) it will have a small additional cost.
